    These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://renthatke.in ("Platform"), operated by Rent Hatke Private Limited ("RentHatke", "we", "us", "our").

    By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    1. Nature of Services

    RentHatke is a technology and facilitation platform that enables:

    • Advance rent payments to landlords
    • Security deposit / zero deposit solutions
    • Rental financing through partnered NBFCs / banks
    • EMI-based repayments by tenants

    RentHatke is not a bank or NBFC and does not directly lend unless explicitly stated.

    2. Eligibility

    To use our services, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years old
    • Be a resident of India
    • Provide accurate and complete information
    • Successfully complete KYC and eligibility checks

    3. User Responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • Provide true, correct, and up-to-date information
    • Upload genuine documents (PAN, rent agreement, etc.)
    • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
    • Repay EMIs on time as per the agreed schedule

    Any misrepresentation may result in rejection, suspension, or legal action.

    4. Application & Approval

    • All applications are subject to verification and approval
    • Approval is at the sole discretion of RentHatke and/or its lending partners
    • RentHatke does not guarantee approval

    5. Payments & Repayments

    • EMI payments are collected via authorized payment gateways
    • Delays or failures may attract late fees as per lender terms
    • RentHatke is not responsible for bank or gateway failures

    6. Mandate Authorization

    • Users authorize RentHatke / lending partners to debit EMIs via NACH / UPI Autopay
    • Mandate cancellation is allowed only after loan closure

    7. Limitation of Liability

    RentHatke shall not be liable for:

    • Landlord-tenant disputes
    • Property condition or possession issues
    • Delays caused by third parties (banks, gateways, landlords)

    8. Suspension & Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

    • False information is provided
    • Terms are violated
    • Required by law or regulators

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
